Salary: Up to £32,000 (DOE)
Hours: 36.5 hours a week - Monday to Friday
We are looking for experienced industry professionals who have the energy and commitment to inspire success and deliver exceptional teaching and learning to our learners on their Early Years/Childcare apprenticeship. We have two positions: One desktop role which is is fully remote role supporting learners and one work based role which requires observational visits.
As a Personal Tutor you will support a caseload of learners with progressive visits, observations and providing outstanding teaching and learning to further enhance the knowledge and teaching our learners receive from our recently introduced Elevate programme.
You will use our sophisticated LMS system BUD to monitor your learners progress and work in collaboration with our Learning Support for any learners who require Functional Skills or Additional Learning Support, ensuring that every learner is at the heart of what we do.

If you have experience of supporting learners by delivering innovative, impactful and engaging remote sessions, with a strong background and knowledge in the Early Years/Childcare Sector at a senior or managerial level, with the ability to stretch and challenge your learners to continually develop, apply now!
Requirements:
What our ideal applicant has:
- Minimum of Level 3 Assessor (CAVA, TAQA, D32, A1, V1)
- Teaching qualification (AET, PTTLS, CET, Cert Ed, PGCE)
- Level 3 or 5 qualifications within the Early Years/Childcare sector
- Occupational competency at a senior level
- Experience of delivering outstanding teaching and learning
- Experience of managing a diverse caseload
- Knowledge and experience of EPA
- Ability to adapt and differentiate sessions depending on different learning styles and accessibility levels
- Ability to manage own time and resources effectively
- Able to travel and commit to in person learner observations
