Our client is a is a leading sustainability consultancy specializing in providing innovative solutions in sectors such as engineering, environmental services, transport, energy, and infrastructure development. Their offerings include sustainable design, digital engineering, project management, and environmental assessments.

Key Responsibilities

Lead BREEAM assessments across a variety of sectors including commercial, residential, and mixed-use developments.

Guide project teams on sustainability and environmental best practices to meet BREEAM requirements.

Manage BREEAM assessments from pre-assessment to post-construction certification.

Review and verify project documentation to ensure compliance with BREEAM criteria.

Provide consultancy and support on sustainability targets, energy efficiency, and low-carbon design.

Stay updated on changes in BREEAM standards, regulations, and industry trends.Requirements:

Qualified BREEAM Assessor (licensed and certified).

Strong knowledge of the BREEAM assessment process and sustainability standards.

Experience in delivering BREEAM certifications for new builds, fit-outs, and refurbishments.

Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong communication and client-facing skills.
