We’re excited to offer an opportunity for a motivated Junior Technical Support Analyst to join our dynamic 3rd Line Technical Support team. If you have a keen interest in MS SQL and enjoy solving technical problems, this role could be perfect for you. You will work with our leading HR software solutions, including IRIS Cascade Enterprise and Staffology HR Professional.


What will you be doing?


  • Assist with Technical Challenges: Help resolve technical issues involving MS SQL, including basic data fixes, updates, deletions, and joins.
  • Collaborate for Solutions: Work alongside the Tech Lead, development team, and Product team to support and resolve issues.
  • Support the Team: Provide assistance and technical guidance to lower levels of the service desk.
  • Handle Escalations: Assist in managing escalated issues, communicate with other teams, and help resolve blockers.
  • Customer Communication: Update customers and managers about the progress of issues and ensure timely resolutions.
  • Team Participation: Represent the team in meetings and contribute to discussions as needed.
