Account Manager
Territory: UK, Ireland and Nordics
Location: based remotely in the UK
Hologic Diagenode is a dedicated supplier for epigenomics profiling services and sample preparation products for next generation sequencing, proteomics, and epigenetics research.
Our experimentally-validated, easy-to-use solutions and services for RNA, DNA, chromatin, and protein analysis give researchers the confidence and success needed to achieve best-in-class result.
For its Epigenetics division, Hologic is looking for a highly motivated Account Manager to complete the Field Sales team, with experience in the epigenetics/ life science market, to expand our business in the UK, Ireland and Nordics.

What You Can Expect
- You will have responsibility to deliver the sales targets for the territory
- You will travel across the region to attend customer visits to develop and grow regional sales
- Develop and deliver Diagenode’s value proposition for academic and drug development clients
- Develop high level relationships with leaders in the basic research, biomarker and pre-clinical drug development space
- Create a sales plan and manage quotation pipelines
- Work closely within the sales & marketing team to assist with targeted literature, product references & marketing campaigns;
- Identify leads from trade shows, marketing campaigns, referrals, publications etc
What We Expect
- Strong level of sales experience in the field of Molecular Biology
- Research experience in genetics or epigenetics would be beneficial
- Outstanding sales and negotiation skills
- Organized, rigorous and independent with an entrepreneurial spirit and acute business sense
- Experience of working in a sales role in the Biotech and/ or Pharmaceutical sector would be beneficial
- Masters Degree in Life Sciences
- Fluency in English is required for this role.
