Your missions

GoTeam is currently in search of a talented Marketing/WordPress Web Designer to join our dynamic team. This role is responsible for designing and maintaining our website, as well as managing our social media presence across various platforms. If you are a creative individual with a blend of technical skills and marketing acumen, we encourage you to be part of our innovative team.


Work with our client that supplies and installs modern, eye-catching stair & wheelchair lifts throughout the east coast of Australia, facilitating freedom of movement with the latest in lift technology. Their philosophy is built on innovation, reliability, safety, and customer satisfaction, making them a leader in the industry.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Designing, developing, and maintaining the company website using WordPress.
  • Ensuring the website is visually appealing, user-friendly, and optimized for search engines (SEO).
  • Regularly updating website content, including product information, blog posts, and company news.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving website issues promptly.
  • Creating and scheduling daily posts on Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and LinkedIn.
  • Developing engaging content that promotes our products, services, and brand.
  • Monitoring social media channels for customer inquiries and feedback, responding in a timely and professional manner.
  • Analyzing social media metrics to track performance and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Collaborating with the CEO to execute marketing campaigns.
  • Designing marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and email newsletters.
  • Assisting in the creation of video content and other multimedia projects.
  • Analyzing Google Adwords and Analytics account.


Qualifications:


  • Proven experience as a WordPress Web Designer or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Experience with SEO and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


Work Requirements:

  • Remote/Work-from-home
  • Dayshift (6am-3pm)
  • Monday-Friday, weekends off
  • Salary: PHP 80,000
