Job Description

  • Lead the financial transformation of the company in preparation for an IPO within the next several years.
  • Oversee and manage all aspects of the IPO process, ensuring compliance with regulatory and financial standards.
  • Enhance day-to-day financial operations, including accounting, reporting, and financial controls, to optimize efficiency and accuracy.
  • Develop and implement strategic financial plans in alignment with the company's growth and long-term objectives.
  • Drive improvements in financial processes, systems, and reporting to support decision-making and overall business performance.
  • Collaborate closely with the executive leadership team to provide financial insights and guidance on key business initiatives.
  • Ensure proper risk management practices, including cash flow management, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Lead and mentor the finance team to support the company's goals.
  • Manage relationships with external auditors, investors, and financial institutions.


The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance or accounting-related fields.
  • Ideally from a professional background such as audit, consulting, or investment banking, with corporate experience being a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Proven ability to optimize financial processes, enhance operational efficiency, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Experience in overseeing and improving finance and accounting operations.
  • Demonstrated success in leading transformations, including system upgrades, restructuring, and process enhancements.
  • Self-starter with the ability to proactively initiate ideas and improvements.
  • Strong ability to manage and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
