About The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Team Lead to manage and mentor our Campaign Development team. This role requires strong communication skills, stakeholder management, and 3-4 years of experience in data management and process management. The ideal candidate will have a problem-solving mindset with excellent analytical and critical thinking skills. Experience in project management and Account-Based Management (ABM) is a plus.

This role offers the opportunity to lead a dedicated team of campaign development representatives and to be part of a collaborative environment that encourages continuous learning and development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of Campaign Development Representatives to deliver high- quality results.
  • Supervise call campaigns for Inside Sales and ABM teams, ensuring a 15-20% contact rate on each campaign.
  • Oversee daily campaign audits and dashboard reviews, sharing audit reports with relevant stakeholders through Teams and Email.
  • Strategize was for database clean-ups to improve data quality and match rates, ensuring accurate and efficient data processes.
  • Analyze and resolve data issues, providing solutions to correct database discrepancies or suggesting further external research if needed.
  • Perform audits on transaction records, ensuring the accuracy of data processing against original raw files and online sources.
  • Review and evaluate Quality Control Reports for accuracy and completeness.
  • Create and maintain up-to-date processing and quality control manuals for the team.
  • Collaborate with managers to implement new technical projects and ensure the smooth delivery of outgoing data to customers.
  • Monitor and ensure that all incoming data is being accurately utilized and updated in internal systems (e.g., WIRED).
  • Support ongoing process improvement and data management initiatives within the Campaign Development department.

Required Qualifications

  • Must be a graduate.
  • 3-4 years of experience in data management, process management, and stakeholder management.
  • Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably managing campaign development or inside sales teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with an analytical and critical thinking mindset.
  • Experience with Account-Based Management (ABM) is preferred.
  • Project management experience is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt to new challenges and a willingness to learn.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with CRM systems and database management tools.
  • Knowledge of quality control processes and data auditing.
  • Familiarity with technical project implementation and campaign optimization strategies.
