Position overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Social Media Assistant Manager to join our marketing team. Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and executing social media marketing campaigns across platforms (e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram)
  • Create and schedule engaging content that aligns with our brand voice and marketing goals
  • Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely manner, and engage with followers
  • Manage and grow LinkedIn Groups and engage the community in building meaningful conversations
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our strategies are innovative and effective

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in social media marketing, preferably with experience managing online groups and communities
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, their respective audiences, and how to engage them effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a creative flair for content creation
  • Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
  • Passionate about social media, with a proactive attitude and eagerness to learn
  • Knowledge of Generative AI and experience using Chat GPT
