Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Business Development Professional with a proven track record in client acquisition within the Staffing and Recruitment domain. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience and a strong network in Mumbai, Bangalore, or Pune.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Acquisition: Spearhead efforts to identify, target, and acquire new clients within the staffing and recruitment sector.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients and key industry stakeholders.
  • Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to drive informed business development strategies.
  • Revenue Generation: Meet and exceed revenue targets through strategic planning and effective business development initiatives.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including recruitment and account management, to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
  • Proposal Development: Prepare and present compelling business proposals to potential clients, showcasing the company's strengths and tailored solutions.
  • Networking: Actively participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance the company's visibility and attract potential clients.

Qualifications
