Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Functional Lead with 6 to 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP-FICAx and SAP-FICA-Utilities along with a strong background in E-Learning and Education domains. This role involves leading functional projects ensuring seamless integration of SAP solutions and contributing to the enhancement of our educational platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and integration of SAP-FICAx and SAP-FICA-Utilities solutions to meet business requirements.
• Oversee the functional design and configuration of SAP modules to ensure optimal performance and user satisfaction.
• Provide expert guidance on SAP best practices and industry standards to enhance system efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve system issues ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
• Conduct thorough testing and validation of SAP solutions to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all SAP configurations and customizations.
• Train and mentor team members on SAP functionalities and best practices to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Analyze business processes and recommend SAP solutions to streamline operations and improve productivity.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies in all SAP-related activities.
• Monitor system performance and implement enhancements to optimize SAP functionalities.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP systems to ensure uninterrupted service.

Qualifications

• Possess a Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field.
• Have a minimum of 6 years of experience in SAP-FICAx and SAP-FICA-Utilities.
• Demonstrate strong domain knowledge in E-Learning and Education sectors.
• Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Show proficiency in SAP configuration and customization.
• Display strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
• Have a proven track record of successful SAP implementations and integrations.
