Job description

We are looking for a Support Developer to interact with our clients from Global Markets.

Working on our team as a Support Developer position involves:

analyzing and diagnosing incoming cases;
debugging server-side, client-side code, and database queries;
conducting comprehensive testing of the solution;
providing development consultations, including phone support;
handling feedback on cases and escalations efficiently;
analyzing the performance of all system components;
resolving the issue or preparing a description for product developers.

Candidate Expectations

proficient in JavaScript at an intermediate level;
proficient in C# at an intermediate level;
proficient in SQL (T-SQL) at an intermediate level;
experience with MS SQL Server, Oracle and Postgres databases;
extensive background in web application development;
skilled in developing integrations between web applications;
excellent customer service and interpersonal skills;
exceptional proficiency in both verbal and written communication;
strong teamwork and collaboration skills;
the ability to handle multiple activities simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively;
English level — Upper-intermediate or higher.
