About the role:

  • Processing various debt collection tasks according to work instructions

  • Handling and investigating daily-task related incidents

  • Creating, developing, and updating documentation and procedures

  • Delivering quality in the fast-changing environment

  • Identifying areas or processes for improvements

About you:

  • Able to work full-time

  • Good knowledge of English (written and spoken) and/or Norwegian (at least B1 level)

  • Quick learner and good problem solver

  • Attention to details

Salary:

1300 - 2300 Eur gross/month. The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate.
