Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to Danish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.

  • Maintain a deep knowledge of the company's products and services to offer informed assistance.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Danish (both spoken and written) with excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
  • Experience in a technical support or customer service role is advantageous.

  • Ability to thrive in a remote working environment.
