Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer support to Spanish-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist customers with product-related questions and after-sales support.
  • Document and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve service performance targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Provide feedback to management on customer trends and experiences to drive improvements.
  • Contribute to developing effective customer service processes.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Spanish (native level) and proficient in English.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is highly desirable.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Familiarity with customer service software and tools (e.g., CRM systems).
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece and adapt to a new cultural experience.
