Responsibilities

  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and maintain detailed documentation.

  • Contribute to the improvement of customer service processes.

Requirements

  • Fluent in French (native level) and proficient in English.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is advantageous.
