We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Development Manager to lead the creation and development of a new team from concept to fruition. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, recruiting, training, and managing a high-performing team to achieve strategic goals and deliver exceptional results.
    
Key function for the new team will be to perform centralized remote operation and material disposition supporting Micron Fabs across the network in Asia and US, and ensuring outgoing quality and reliability of wafers shipped from all Fabs. Other areas of responsibility will include setup of rule-base auto-hold and disposition system, execution of product disposition, and lot handling operation. The team may also engage in product risk assessment through interpretation of electrical and physical characterization data, and combine with statistical analysis to identify and propose disposition for deviated materials with Quality and Reliability risk. 
        
Job Description Summary
· Collaborate with FECQA senior leaders in the network to define the vision, goals, and objectives for the new team.
· Develop a comprehensive project plan outlining the steps required to establish and train up the team, including timelines, resources, and milestones.
· Identify and recruit top talent to build a diverse and skilled team.
· Design and implement an effective onboarding program to ensure new team members are integrated smoothly and understand their roles and responsibilities.
· Provide strong leadership to motivate and inspire the team to achieve high performance. Set clear performance expectations and conduct regular performance reviews.
· Engage in global alignment teams to identify opportunities for improvements, work as a team to create innovative solutions to enhance overall network capability 
· Partnering with FECQA counterparts of systemic problem solving and driving improvements.
· Leverage advanced data analysis to identify insights, uncover opportunities for improvement, and detect issues earlier.
· Support software automation projects for productivity, and global alignment teams to maintain and publish global metrics 
         
Requirements
· Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering or related engineering field.
· Preferably 3+ years’ experience in the semiconductor industry in the areas of Yield/Test Enhancement, Product Engineering, Quality Engineering or Process Integration.
· Proven experience in team development, project management, or a similar role.
· Think and communicate clearly in urgent and stressful situations.
· Strong leadership and team building skills.
· Excellent data analysis, problem solving, and decision-making skills.
· Effective communication and presentation skills.
· Ability to think strategically and execute methodically.
· Proficiency in project management software and tools.
