Role Overview

This role involves managing multiple client portfolios within the corporate services department, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and in compliance with regulatory standards. The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams and external entities, handling key corporate processes and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Manage client portfolios: Oversee multiple client accounts, addressing their requirements in a timely and compliant manner.
Filing and Documentation:
Maintain an organised filing system for client documents, ensuring easy access and adherence to regulatory standards.
Client and Internal Communication:
Respond effectively to inquiries from clients, management, and internal departments.
Liaison with Authorities:
Communicate with the Malta Business Registry, banks, the International Tax Unit, and the VAT Department as required.
Corporate Procedures:
Handle incorporations, amalgamations, re-domiciliations, liquidations, and dissolutions, as well as annual maintenance of corporate minute files.

Qualifications, Skills, and Attributes

Experience: Minimum of 2 years experience in a corporate services role, with a strong understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements.
Language Skills:
Excellent command of English is required to succeed in this role. The ability to communicate in Maltese would be an asset.
Communication Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication abilities, with the capacity to convey ideas clearly.
Interpersonal Skills:
Ability to work both independently and as a team player, contributing to a positive team environment.
Technical Skills:
Familiarity with corporate processes such as incorporations and liquidations, and knowledge of relevant regulatory bodies.
Organisation:
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Self-Motivated:
Proactive attitude with a commitment to personal and professional growth.
Problem-Solving:
Analytical thinking and strong problem-solving abilities, particularly in a corporate context.
