Experience in using SAP SuccessFactors modules especially Employee Central, Performance Management, and Compensation whether as a user or as an administrator.
With at least 4-5 years of change manage experience focusing on: developing end user guides in different formats (powerpoint, pdf, screen recording/video) for different personas users, admin, managers
developing work instructions
developing process flows, identifying AS-IS and TO-BE processes and identifying GAPS (can assess business impacts brought by these gaps)
Adept in using Microsoft Visio for process flows, and swim lane diagrams
The end output is the user guides (in different format) for our SAP SFSF processes. Software needed for the role must be included in the pricing already. For the avoidance of doubt, softwares could include but not limited to MS Powerpoint, MS Visio, Snaggit (or any other video editing software) for video recording and annotation.
Contract Duration: 6-month to 1 year contract
