The Country Manager for Iraq is responsible for ensuring that the company's overall goals for the country are met from sales, profit, and the five core functions perspective (lead, lead nurture, conversion, delivery, and retention/cross-sell). This role involves creating, developing, and executing the business plan for Iraq, while overseeing the sales team and ensuring all processes are optimized for maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
These are your responsibilities:
- Set and monitor budget, revenue, and expenses for Iraq.
- Ensure financial goals are met with maintained margins.
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders such as customers, partners, agents and suppliers.
- Attract new partners and affiliates.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team.
- Train and onboard new sales representatives and marketing coordinators.
- Monitor sales metrics and provide feedback for improvement.
- Oversee the resolution of inquiries, complaints, and issues.
- Maintain and improve partner satisfaction.
- Track and analyze KPIs related to sales and marketing.
