Job Summary:

The Field Recruiting Operations Director will be instrumental in helping Help at Home expand the great care we provide to our clients. This position reports directly into the SVP, Caregiver Recruiting and is part of the overall Field Operations Team. This role is responsible for managing a variety of recruiting initiatives, including candidate generation strategy, candidate care and the implementation and maintenance of recruitment technology. The Recruiting Operations Director will be a strategic partner to the Director of Recruitment and will work closely with the Recruiting Specialist to help optimize and innovate on current processes.

This is a remote position with frequent travel required.


Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Focus on building a successful candidate attraction model for caregivers including recruiting marketing, employee referrals, grass root efforts, events and social recruiting.
  • Help manage key talent vendor partners to ensure we are receiving our full contract value as well as helping us design for the future.
  • Launch and provide ongoing maintenance of new recruiting technology and processes to better support field operations.
  • Champion creation of our candidate care strategy.
  • Help create and utilize best reporting to understand our performance and uncover areas of opportunities.
  • Help create remarkable hiring experiences for both the candidate and the hiring teams through the refinement of our internal processes and systems.
  • Be a champion of Help at Home’s culture and values.
  • Help develop team goals based on historical data.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor degree or equivalent experience.
  • Five (5) – seven (7) years of management experience in recruitment.
  • RPO or Staffing experience a plus.


Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Proven experience leading teams that specializing in high-volume, non-exempt hiring, with a heavy focus on process and recruitment marketing.
  • Ability to understand data and use it to drive decisions, identify bottlenecks and tell meaningful stories to our customers.
  • Innovation focus – excels at finding new ways to solve problems and isn’t afraid to change courses when things aren’t working as intended.
  • Understands the candidate experience is key to achieving our goals.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.

Physical Requirements:

  • Sedentary – ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time.

  • Monthly or quarterly travel; may fluctuate based on business needs
