With a commitment to excellence and innovation, they are looking to expand their reach and grow their national presence.

The Role:
The newly created VP of Sales position will focus on growing the Dealer Network and Strategic Partnerships for our client. You will be responsible for expanding and developing their dealer network and strategic partnerships. You will manage outreach campaigns, onboard and train new dealers, support existing partners, and drive revenue growth through the dealer and independent rep network. Your mission will be to grow national reach, improve dealer performance, and establish key partnerships across the U.S. to ensure a broad and successful distribution of their rolling shutter products.

  • Sales Growth: Increase total revenue through dealers and reps by enhancing their ability to sell and support the client’s products.
  • Training & Support: Provide hands-on technical advice and coaching to ensure dealers are equipped to successfully install and sell products.
  • Program Development: Lead the continuous improvement of the dealer program by creating new resources, guides, and tools to enhance dealer success.
  • Contract Management: Oversee dealer contracts, rebate programs, and other financial elements of the dealer program.

  • Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of experience in dealer or channel sales management.
  • Proven experience growing and managing a dealer or distribution network, ideally in the wholesale/building materials industry.
  • Experience in a small business environment, with the ability to navigate unstructured situations.
  • Technical acumen with the ability to offer installation support and understand product intricacies.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a track record of motivating and supporting teams to deliver results.
  • A combination of ambition and humility —driven to achieve while valuing teamwork and input from others.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset – capable of building from the ground up and using a test-and-learn approach to drive results. Strong problem-solving and adaptability in both strategic and hands-on roles.
  • Excellent communication skills on all levels (from installers in the field to executives on the dealers side).
  • Successful track record operating in a fast-paced, growth-oriented, dynamic and collaborative business.
  • “Roll up your sleeves” mentality with the desire to contribute both tactically and strategically to the growth of the organization.
  • Proven history of meeting sales goals, managing expectations and tracking results.
