Oracle Order Management and Inventory Cloud Lead

 

This senior-level role plays a vital part in shaping and strategizing Accelalpha's growth in the Oracle Supply Chain Cloud domain. 

 

Responsibilities

  • Analyze business processes and assist clients in transforming their business with Oracle.
  • Design, prototype, and iterate solutions through hands-on configurations in Oracle.
  • Understand and apply implementation methodologies to build, document, and test the Oracle system.
  • Lead and manage a small team of consultants as required by the project.
  • Perform pre-sales activities, such as demonstrating solutions to potential customers and participating in proposal creation.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in Oracle technologies to provide the best possible solutions to clients.

 

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud Applications: Planning, Order Management, Inventory, Procurement, in a functional advisory or consulting role.
  • 2+ Cloud implementation cycles.
  • 10+ years of overall Oracle experience with 5+ implementation cycles.
  • Expertise in the following Cloud modules: Supply Chain Collaboration and Inventory.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, presentation, and communication skills. 

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Supply Chain cloud modules such as Order Management, Inventory, & Procurement.
  • Project management certifications such as PMP, Scrum Master, etc.
  • Industry certifications such as CPIM, CSCP, etc.
  • Experience with Integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud.
  • Prior experience as an Industry user/Business user is a plus.
  • Certifications in any additional Cloud modules are a plus.

 

Travel:

  • Up to 25% travel

 

 

US Base Pay Disclosure

 

Accelalpha follows a fair and equitable payment practice, considering factors such as the candidate's skill set, previous experience, job duties, requirements, responsibilities, and work location. For this position, the expected base salary range is USD $160,000 to $200,000.

 

In addition to the base salary, this position includes an annual performance bonus and other benefits such as 401(k), healthcare benefits, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, well-being benefits, paid vacation leave, paid sick leave, and paid holidays. Some benefits are voluntary and may require economic participation from both the company and the employee. Pay increments and frequency of payment comply with employment classification and applicable laws.
