Job summary

We are seeking a Senior Automation Engineer to join our automation team and work with our clients to deliver high-quality automation. As a Senior Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for leading project work-streams, analyzing data and information, and making recommendations to clients. You will work closely with our team of consultants to solutions that address client needs.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in automation. You should be knowledgeable in at least one area of consulting, such as strategy, transformation, digitization or technology.

General: Responsibilities and tasks for this role

Collaborate on project work-streams, managing the project scope, budget, and timeline.
Analyze data and information, and make recommendations to clients.
Collaborate with other members of the automation team to develop solutions that address client needs.
Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices, and continuously improve consulting service offerings.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor to clients.

As a Senior Automation Engineer you will start establishing yourself in Roboyo consulting or technology services. You will be responsible for leading project work-streams and managing the delivery of our solutions for our clients.

In this role, you already have understanding of your specific area of focus, and be able to apply that knowledge to develop innovative solutions that address complex business problems.

You will be able to lead projects independently, or work as a part of a team on larger programmers. In addition, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, and be the primary point of contact for all project-related activities. You should be able to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, and be able to collaborate effectively with other stakeholders, including project teams, subject matter experts, and business users. You should also have a solid understanding of industry trends and emerging technologies, and be able to provide thought leadership to clients and internal teams.

Requirements

Must-have qualifications & competencies

Minimum of 3 years of experience with UiPath.
Strong track record of project management and data analysis.
Knowledgeable in at least one area of consulting, such as strategy, transformation, digitization or technology.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and creatively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
