Your missions

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Project Coordinator to oversee and manage projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects while ensuring they align with our client’s standards, timelines, and budgets. You will work closely with internal teams, contractors, and clients to ensure the successful delivery of projects.

Responsibilities:  

  • Lead and manage multiple projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resources, and budgets.
  • Coordinate and communicate with internal teams, clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
  • Prepare and present project status reports, performance metrics, and other necessary
    documentation.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met throughout
    the project lifecycle.
  • Manage change requests, variations, and project adjustments effectively.
  • Oversee project resources, ensuring efficient allocation and utilization.

Desirable Skills and Experience:

Must-haves:  

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Engineering or a related field. 
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management. 
  • Proven track record of managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders. 
  • Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Trello, Asana, Primavera, or equivalent) 
  • Strong understanding of data and electrical infrastructure is an advantage. 
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. 
  • Strong organizational and time management skills. 
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities. 
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to quality. 
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders. 
  • A proactive, solution-oriented approach to project challenges. 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously. 

Nice to haves:  

  • Project management certification. 
  • Experience in telecommunication industry. 
  • Familiarity with collaboration tools like Slack, Zoom, or Google Workspace. 
  • Ability to facilitate workshops or training sessions for clients.
