Demand Generation Manager

What to expect
The Demand Generation Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing demand generation strategies to drive qualified leads and revenue growth.
  • This role will focus on managing email campaigns, LinkedIn Ad campaigns, and organizing in-person events.
  • The successful candidate will work closely with our Content Manager and external agencies to ensure the successful execution of all campaigns and events.
  • This role is remote/work from home,  based out of Toronto ON or Montreal QC
Once you join our team, you will be responsible for…
  1. Email Campaign Management:
    • Develop and execute email marketing strategies to nurture leads and drive conversions.
    • Create engaging email content and design templates in collaboration with the Content Manager.
    • Segment email lists and perform A/B testing to optimize campaign performance.
    • Analyze and report on email campaign metrics to continuously improve results.
  1. LinkedIn Ad Campaign Management:
    • Plan, execute, and manage LinkedIn Ad campaigns to generate qualified leads and increase brand awareness.
    • Work with the Content Manager to develop compelling ad creatives and messaging.
    • Monitor and optimize ad performance, adjusting targeting and budgets as needed.
    • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign success.
 
  1. In-Person Event Management:
    • Organize and manage in-person events, including trade shows, conferences, and networking events.
    • Coordinate event logistics, such as venue selection, vendor management, and on-site execution.
    • Collaborate with the Content Manager to develop event materials and promotional content.
    • Measure event ROI and gather feedback to improve future events.
  1. Collaboration and Coordination:
    • Work closely with the Content Manager to ensure alignment of campaign messaging and content.
    • Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to execute demand generation strategies.
    • Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends and best practices to continuously improve campaigns.
Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in demand generation, digital marketing, or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing email campaigns, LinkedIn Ad campaigns, and in-person events.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems such as Hubspot
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Travel up to 20% of the time
