Job Description

In April 2024, we laid the foundation stone for the start of construction of the state-of-the-art Biosimilars Development Center in Ljubljana. Become part of this great story and exceptional team and contribute to the success of the project with your knowledge and experience!

As Project Engineer you will be responsible for managing Electrical/Automation discipline within dedicated engineering project team for the establishing Biosimilars Development Center in Ljubljana. You will support the Project Manager to achieve project objectives within Electrical / Automation discipline in terms of providing technical and expert solutions and monitoring implementation, in accordance with legislation, internal regulations, good practices and business goals.

Your key responsibilities:

Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Responsible for the execution and safety in the electrical engineering/automation discipline from system design to qualification.
  • Lead or participate in project teams meetings, regularly prepare discipline reports and performs internal escalations to project management in case to time, cost or scope slippage.
  • Execute & follow-up project deliverables according to project time and scope plan.
  • Translates user requirements into detailed technical solutions for the assigned systems, units, or equipment. Define appropriate technical solutions according to user requirements and supports vendors selection according to technical performances.
  • Is responsible that vendor meets all pre-defined requirements and timelines within the scope of assigned tasks.
  • Creates required documentation for the procurement, test specification, commissioning and qualification process.
  • Prepare, organize, lead and execute process for related sub-areas, a system, unit, or equipment of the project. 
  • Preparation, review and harmonization of 3D model drawings of electrical installations.
  • Install, configure and commission discipline components in the field of electrical/automation according to Design documentation and carries our qualification activities.

What you will bring to the role:

  • Degree in engineering (Dipl. Ing. / M. Sc. / B. Sc.) or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of engineering experience (Electrical/Automation discipline).
  • Fluent in English and proficient in local language.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
