Join our team as an Account Manager Industrials and drive our sales efforts to new heights in DACH. This segment is experiencing strong growth, with over 30 customers (e.g. paper, glass and chemical industry) already choosing enmacc to enable them to procure energy in a fast, transparent, and reliable way.
Your mission is to build on this success, identify new opportunities, and close deals that will contribute to our rapid market expansion and customer satisfaction. With a proven product-market fit, you'll be at the forefront of our growth strategy in the DACH market.
What you'll do:
- Full-Cycle Sales: Own the entire sales process from prospecting to closing, including cold calling, cold emailing, and building relationships with potential clients.
- Pipeline Development: Proactively identify and qualify new sales opportunities within the energy-intensive industries sector.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through effective communication and personalized support.
- Collaborate with internal teams: Work closely with our marketplace management team to ensure customers have the support they need and to facilitate smooth transitions through their customer journey.
- Be the primary contact: Serve as the main point of contact for your customers, addressing their needs and ensuring their satisfaction throughout their relationship with us.
Who you are:
- Experienced Sales Professional: You have a proven track record in full-cycle sales, preferably within the energy industry or a related sector such as financial products or energy trading.
- Industrial Knowledge: Knowledge of procurement processes within the industry would be a plus.
- Excellent Communicator: You possess strong verbal and written communication skills in both German and English at a business level.
- Tenacious and Driven: You are independent, result-oriented, and thrive in a competitive sales environment. You know how to be a self-starter and a great team player.
- Customer-Focused: You understand customer needs and are dedicated to providing solutions that drive their success.
- Adaptable: You are comfortable in a dynamic environment and can quickly pivot strategies to meet changing market demands.
