Your mission

We are constantly looking to share knowledge with talented people and kick off their career journeys on a high note. If you are curious about the Web3 world and want to learn more about the crypto industry, you can do your mandatory (unpaid) internship with us. 

In this role, you will:
  • Identify, analyse and assess business opportunities in a regulatory context spanning across geographic expansion, new product categories and business cooperation.
  • Carrying out internal and external risk analyses (e.g., for make or buy decisions, service provider assessment).
  • Closely collaborate with the respective departments within the company to incorporate regulatory actions into our organisation.
  • Prepare and participate in discussions with the Compliance and Risk Management team.
  • Support the whole Finoa team in maintaining regulatory conformity while staying an agile and responsive company
  • Provide assistance across departments concerning regulatory, compliance and risk issues. Carry out projects and topics in relation to regulatory, compliance, and risk questions. Supporting other departments like AML when needed.


What you need to be successful:
  • You have finished or are currently pursuing your bachelor or masters' degree in Management, Economics, Law, or a related field
  • You are reliable, self-motivated and a quick learner with exceptional analytical skills, attention to detail and experience in using structured approaches to problem solving
  • You are fluent in German and English – any other language is a plus!
  • Good level and knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Power Point, and Word
  • You have a hands-on mentality, healthy entrepreneurial mindset, stress resistance as well as a willingness to take an active role in our fast-growing company
