Minimum of 3.5 years Proven work experience as a Video Editor or similar role. Portfolio of previous work demonstrating proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve). Solid understanding of video editing techniques, video formats, and codecs. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong communication and time management skills.. Knowledge of motion graphics and animation is a plus. Familiarity with social media platforms and their video specifications.

Core responsibilities:

Edit and assemble recorded footage into polished videos suitable for publishing on various social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube). Specialize in short form video editing techniques to create impactful content within platform-specific constraints. Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and create innovative and engaging video content ideas. Ensure all video content is on-brand, consistent in style, quality, and tone of voice. Optimize videos for different platforms and aspect ratios while maintaining high-quality standards. Incorporate graphics, animations, and special effects as needed. Work closely with content creators and videographers to ensure video footage meets editing needs. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media and short form video editing.
