Minimum 5 years proven experience as a lead generation specialist with outbound sales functions

Expertise in lead generation process flow and associated software

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.

Persuasive negotiation skills and the ability to navigate complex sales cycles.

Sales CRM experience

Experience in the construction and/or joinery business

Has an existing book of business in the construction/joiner industry in USA and Europe to assist with prospect generation.

Core responsibilities:

Identify and research potential business clients within target industries or markets.

Generate leads through outbound prospecting activities such as cold calling, emailing, and networking.

Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria and prioritize opportunities for further engagement.

Conduct needs assessments and gather information about potential clients' business challenges, goals, and requirements.

Present solutions and product offerings that align with clients' needs and objectives.

Track sales activities, pipeline progress, and revenue forecasts using CRM software or sales tracking tools.

Provide regular updates and reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to sales management.
