About the Job:

As the Director of Professional Services for APAC, you’ll play a key role in shaping our regional strategy, driving client satisfaction, and leading a talented, high-performing team. You'll develop innovative service delivery strategies, collaborate across departments, and spearhead regional growth initiatives. With a focus on NetSuite products, you'll be at the forefront of optimizing client solutions, identifying new opportunities, and building scalable infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team of professional service experts across the APAC region, setting clear expectations and fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous learning. You'll be responsible for nurturing a high-performance environment where your team is empowered to exceed client expectations.
  • Develop and execute customer-centric strategies that improve service delivery, enhance client satisfaction, and drive long-term customer loyalty. You’ll assess client needs, recommend tailored solutions, and ensure successful project execution from inception to completion, all while prioritizing customer experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams—sales, product, and engineering—to ensure alignment between service offerings and evolving client needs, product roadmaps, and market demands. You’ll work closely with these teams to drive integrated solutions that enhance the value of Zone’s service offerings and exceed customer expectations.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance operational efficiency, streamline processes, and introduce innovative tools and methodologies. Your leadership will push the team toward adopting cutting-edge approaches to problem-solving, ultimately improving client outcomes and service delivery.
  • Support business development efforts by partnering with sales teams to provide technical expertise during the scoping, pricing, and selling of professional services. You’ll be instrumental in ensuring that our service solutions align with client needs and that proposals reflect a deep understanding of business goals.
  • Build and scale infrastructure to support sustainable growth across the APAC region, ensuring that internal processes, technology, and resources are optimized for scalability. This includes setting up systems for tracking progress, measuring success, and continuously improving service offerings to meet the demands of an expanding client base.
  • Recruit, develop, and retain top talent, building a world-class team with deep technical expertise in our business and solutions. You’ll implement strategies to foster career growth, providing team members with opportunities for development, mentorship, and upward mobility within Zone & Co.
  • Optimize internal processes to enhance project management, resource allocation, and service delivery. You’ll implement process improvements that reduce operational costs, improve timelines, and lead to better service outcomes for clients, ensuring that every project runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • Proactively identify and solve complex challenges, applying creative problem-solving techniques and leveraging your technical expertise to address potential roadblocks. You’ll lead the charge in overcoming obstacles and ensuring that projects stay on track to meet client goals and timelines.
  • Lead the regional growth strategy for professional services, implementing scalable growth initiatives while ensuring alignment with Zone & Co's overall strategic goals. Your leadership will be key to expanding the professional services function and adapting it to the unique needs of the APAC market.
  • Ensure full compliance with regional regulatory standards and data privacy requirements, tailoring service offerings to meet local laws, cultural preferences, and business practices while maintaining a consistent client experience across the region.
  • Partner with regional vendors and third-party providers to optimize service delivery, ensuring that external collaborations enhance the quality of our professional services. You’ll work with partners to streamline workflows, improve project outcomes, and deliver seamless services to clients.
  • Monitor client satisfaction metrics continuously, using client feedback to drive improvements in our service offerings. You’ll be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring proactive client management, and addressing any concerns before they become issues.
  • Manage cross-border data privacy and security, ensuring all service implementations adhere to local and global data protection regulations. You’ll prioritize compliance and security in every project, safeguarding client data while ensuring smooth execution across geographies.
  • Adapt and respond to the dynamic needs of the business and its clients, embracing new responsibilities and challenges as they arise. You’ll play a pivotal role in driving both regional and global success, consistently pushing the boundaries of what’s possible.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • 8+ years of professional services or consulting experience, with 3+ years in a leadership role within high-growth environments.
  • Expertise in NetSuite implementation and professional services, with a track record of delivering successful large-scale projects. (NetSuite certification required.)
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives while delivering exceptional results.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with a talent for building strong client relationships and leading diverse, distributed teams.
  • Strategic, data-driven thinker with a passion for process optimization, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Proven ability to lead teams in a remote-first environment, maintaining high levels of engagement and productivity.
