Key responsabilities:
- Act as initial point of contact for support inquiries
- Triaging, troubleshooting and resolving tier 1 issues
- Document troubleshooting steps in Autotask ticketing system
- Provide customer service and manage multiple support tickets
- Help remote users with application support and VPN configuration
