The Role

As a Practice Growth Director, you will be integral in driving revenue generation, identifying new business opportunities, fostering strategic partnerships, and managing the marketing function of Saville. The Practice Growth Director will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base and positioning Saville’s external brand in the market.

 

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Assist in the development and implementation of the Firm’s long-term strategic plan, to include identification of new service opportunities that capitalize on our existing client base and other growth initiatives that meet the company’s revenue and earnings targets.
  • Provide leadership and personal guidance to team members related to business development efforts.
  • Lead efforts to acquire new clients through targeted outreach and relationship building.
  • Manage the firm’s client acceptance and retention processes.
  • Establish the culture, structure and tools by which partners and associates can respond to their respective markets and industries for growth.  Work to identify and remove internal barriers that may inhibit growth by proactively implementing sales methodologies.
  • Create a long-term strategy for the development of a firm brand and external marketing position.
  • Analyze target market information to identify and recommend effective marketing approaches.
  • Lead the execution of marketing campaigns, including tracking, results reporting, analyses, and recommendations.
  • Develop and execute a strategy to effectively utilize the firm’s Client Relationship Management tool to analyze and track client and referral data.
