Soleo Health is seeking an Operations Data Analyst to work Remotely (USA) and support our operations management team in driving data-driven decision-making and process improvements.

The Position:

The Operations Data Analyst will be responsible for evaluating productivity and financial data across systems, driving active management through collaboration with the operations management team, and supporting process improvements across departments. The Operations Data Analyst will be instrumental in enhancing operational efficiency and driving organizational growth through data-driven insights. Responsibilities include:

  • Engage daily with the operations management team to support active management and recommend process changes that improve efficiency and performance.
  • Analyze and reconcile data from financial and operational systems to identify discrepancies, areas for improvement, and operational bottlenecks.
  • Collaborate with other analysts to align data-driven strategies with organizational objectives and drive overall process improvements.
  • Produce detailed reports and presentations for managers and executives, highlighting data-driven insights, trends, and recommendations for process enhancements.
  • Drive cross-departmental engagement to foster collaboration and streamline processes across the organization.
  • Conduct on-site visits as required to work closely with local teams, understand their operational challenges, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Use advanced data analytics tools to extract, interpret, and report on operational and financial performance metrics.
  • Continuously assess operational workflows, providing recommendations for increasing productivity, enhancing financial outcomes, and improving system efficiency.

Schedule: 

Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business, Operations Management, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in data analysis, financial and operational system evaluation, or process improvement roles.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to draw actionable insights from complex data sets.
  • Excellent communication skills, with experience in preparing and delivering reports to senior leadership.
  • Ability to travel regularly and engage with cross-functional teams in multiple locations.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Power BI, Tableau), Microsoft Excel, and financial systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
