Your missions

Overview:
The Client is seeking a technically skilled and detail-oriented IT professional to join our team as a Centralized Services Lead. In this role, you will manage proactive monitoring and maintenance of client IT environments, focusing on automation, tools, and process improvements. You'll work closely with our Operations Manager to drive efficiency and innovation.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 5+ years in infrastructure IT support, with 3+ years in an escalation or project delivery role.

  • Education: Bachelors degree, trade school experience, or equivalent work experience.

  • Technical Skills:
    • Strong experience with scripting (e.g., PowerShell).

    • Familiarity with tools like ConnectWise Automate, Microsoft Intune, Proofpoint, SentinelOne, BlackPoint Security, and Cisco DUO.

    • Expertise in Windows Server, Office 365, network hardware (firewalls, switches), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a small team of engineers, optimizing and managing centralized tools.

  • Standardize tool maintenance, deployment, and client training.

  • Automate routine tasks, minimize support noise and improve client environments.

  • Collaborate with service, projects, and audit teams to drive automation and improvements.

  • Report on key performance metrics and participate in regular meetings.

  • Provide support and mentorship to junior engineers.
