Diploma Bac +2 to Bac +5 in business administration, specialisation in HR/Payroll, 2-3 years experience in a similar multi-site role, Proficiency with ADP software is a plus, Knowledge in social law and labor law, Excellent skills in Excel and Google Sheets, nuclear industry variable knowledge required.
Key responsabilities:
- Manage personnel administration and monthly payroll elements for all entities
- Create and maintain employee administrative files and social dashboards
- Facilitate communication with internal and external HR/payroll contacts
- Conduct quarterly and annual HR reporting for Veolia Corporate
- Involvement in SIRH projects and various employee programs
