Job description

As a Senior Business Development Manager at Temper, you will lead the full sales cycle, focusing on one or two of our primary verticals: logistics, hospitality, facility, or retail.


Before engaging with potential clients, you will conduct thorough research on market trends, buyer/user personas, company profiles, and regional coverage. Your goal will be to onboard new customers, ensure their long-term success, and optimize their engagement within our marketplace. Leveraging your extensive commercial expertise, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of the business development team.

The team


The BD team consists of seven dynamic and dedicated colleagues. Four of them serve as proactive Business Development Managers, actively reaching out to potential new clients to grow our customer base. We also have two team members focusing on handling inbound leads and another who specializes in reactivating past clients to bring them back on board. 


Our team culture is informal and collaborative, with plenty of opportunities to enjoy team activities and have fun together. At the same time, we hold each other accountable, especially during our Monday morning meetings where we set ambitious goals and track progress towards hitting our targets.
