About the role

VisionRT is seeking a highly experienced strategic consultant to help shape our future Enterprise Software strategy. We are at a pivotal point in evaluating our options for a comprehensive Enterprise and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solution architecture and need expert guidance on the best path forward.

The consultant will Work with the Director of MIS & IT to provide strategic advice on the platform choice for a robust Enterprise and CRM solution to support multiple key functions.




Scope of Work (including but not limited to)
  • Hardware Sales
  • Service Contract Sales
  • Sold Systems Inventory Management
  • Customer Support (Ticketing)
  • Regulatory documentation
  • Business Intelligence
  • And other related CRM functionalities

  • Key Responsibilities will include:
  • Conduct a thorough assessment of our current and future needs.
  • Evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of: Off-the-Shelf Enterprise CRMs such as Salesforce.com and/ or Semi-Homegrown Solutions using platforms like Microsoft Power Apps or similar.
  • Provide unbiased, recommendations on two best  approaches best fits our long-term goals with pros and cons of each.
  • Present an implementation roadmap based on the selected approach.

  • Essential Skills and Experience:
  • Proven experience in evaluating and implementing CRM platforms.
  • In-depth knowledge of leading enterprise CRM solutions (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics).
  • In-depth knowledge of custom or semi-homegrown app-based solutions, especially using platforms like Microsoft Power Apps.
  • Ability to provide clear, objective, and strategic advice based on our specific business needs.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

  • Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in CRM strategy and implementation.
  • Familiarity with enterprise CRM systems and custom development platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver a high-impact consulting report within a short timeframe.
