Job Description:


We are seeking a dynamic and motivated B2B Sales Representative with experience in the healthcare or transportation industry to join our team. As part of our Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) division, you will be responsible for building and managing relationships with healthcare providers, managed care organizations (MCOs), insurance companies, and government agencies to grow our NEMT services in California, United States.  This role requires an understanding of NEMT services , as well as the ability to navigate complex sales processes and negotiate contracts with large organizations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Build and execute a targeted B2B sales strategy to expand the company’s NEMT services by identifying and securing contracts with healthcare providers, Medicaid agencies, MCOs, Medicare Advantage plans, and other relevant stakeholders.

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in hospitals, clinics, nursing homes, insurance companies, and government agencies to promote the value of NEMT services.

  • Consultative Selling: Understand the specific transportation needs of each client and provide tailored solutions that meet those needs, focusing on patient care, operational efficiency, and compliance with healthcare regulations.

  • Medicaid and Medicare Expertise: Utilize your knowledge of Medicaid and Medicare to explain how our NEMT services align with these programs, emphasizing the mandatory Medicaid benefit for NEMT and potential Medicare Advantage coverage for transport.

  • Contract Negotiation: Negotiate service contracts with healthcare providers, MCOs, and insurance companies, government contracting ensuring favorable terms for both the client and our company. Be prepared to discuss reimbursement models and pricing structures, including fee-for-service (FFS) and payment models.

  • Compliance and Documentation: Ensure that all sales activities comply with HIPAA regulations, and that the company’s NEMT services meet industry standards for privacy, safety, and fraud prevention.

  • Reporting and Analysis: Analyze market trends and performance data, prepare detailed reports, and develop strategies to meet and exceed sales targets. Provide regular updates on client relationships, contract negotiations, and overall sales performance.

  • Sales Cycle Management: Manage long sales cycles and multi-stakeholder engagements, ensuring smooth coordination between the client and internal teams.

  • Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the healthcare and transportation sectors, using tools like Apollo and industry events to build your sales pipeline.


Requirements
  • B2B Sales Experience: Proven track record of success in B2B sales, particularly in healthcare, transportation, or service industries. Experience in NEMT, Medicaid, Medicare, or healthcare sales is strongly preferred.
  • Medicaid and Medicare Knowledge: In-depth understanding of Medicaid and Medicare, especially in how these programs cover NEMT services. Knowledge of state-specific Medicaid programs, MCOs, and Medicare Advantage plans is essential.
  • Consultative Sales Skills: Strong consultative selling experience with the ability to understand client needs, identify challenges, and offer tailored solutions. Ability to communicate the value of NEMT services to healthcare providers and insurance companies.
  • Negotiation and Contract Management: Experience negotiating complex contracts with large organizations such as hospitals, clinics, and insurance companies. Ability to manage long-term contracts, negotiate rates, and work with managed care organizations (MCOs).
  • CRM and Sales Tools: Proficiency in using CRM systems such as Pipedrive to track client interactions, manage sales pipelines, and generate reports. Familiarity ADOBE, RIngCentral,WORD, Google workspace
  • Analytical and Reporting Skills: Ability to analyze sales performance, market trends, and client needs to optimize strategies. Experience in preparing proposals, reports, and presentations for senior management and clients.
  • Communication and Presentation Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver clear, persuasive presentations to healthcare providers and decision-makers.
  • Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with HIPAA regulations, Medicaid compliance, and industry standards for fraud prevention, privacy, and security.
  • Self-Motivated: Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently to drive sales and meet performance targets. MUST be proactive, self-driven approach, as sales reps will need to identify new business opportunities, establish client relationships, and nurture leads independently.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork: Ability to work cross-functionally with CEO and Marketing team to ensure smooth execution of services and client satisfaction.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • A bachelor’s Degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or a related field is typically preferred, though extensive sales experience in the healthcare or transportation sector can sometimes substitute for formal education.
