Your missions

This is a remote position.

Responsibilities:

  • Technical Support: Provide basic technical support to clients, assisting with software and hardware inquiries in both English and Spanish (preferred).

  • Basic Financial Management & Bookkeeping: Manage basic financial records, bookkeeping, and internal business operations to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

  • Operational Efficiency: Organize and optimize internal business processes to improve performance and scalability.

  • Personal Assistant Duties: Assist with schedule management, correspondence, and handling urgent requests as they arise.

  • Client Interaction: Communicate with clients and their employees, including Spanish-speaking individuals, ensuring excellent support and collaboration.

  • Learning & Development: Continuously adapt and learn new technologies and processes to improve support and business operations.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with the executive team to develop and implement new ideas while providing excellent end-user support.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Make.com, Axiom.ai, Google Workspace, Dropbox, Zoom, and a willingness to learn additional tools as needed.

  • Knowledge of financial management and bookkeeping practices.

  • Strong organizational skills with a focus on improving internal processes.

  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish (written and verbal) - Spanish speaking is just a preferred requirement

  • Highly collaborative, with the ability to work closely with a tech executive and clients.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize urgent needs, and adapt to changing requirements.

  • Experience in providing personal assistant support is a plus.

Scope:

  • Respond to client inquiries within minutes.

  • Handle an average of 15-30 support requests daily.

  • Manage financial records and optimize internal processes.

  • Support a tech executive in daily operations and schedule management.

  • Collaborate with a remote team to ensure seamless IT and administrative support for clients.

  • Continuously learn new technologies and streamline business operations.

  • Monday to Friday from 7 AM to 4 PM with 1 hour unpaid lunch break
