You will work with a fast-growing HealthTech company that is transforming the way patients find and book appointments with top-rated doctors across various specialties. Their platform is designed to simplify and improve the patient experience, offering a user-friendly, comprehensive tool to connect individuals with the healthcare providers they need. The team is highly motivated, innovative, and dedicated to solving the logistical challenges of healthcare appointments. As they continue to expand their reach, they are committed to enhancing their platform and services, ensuring that patients receive fast, reliable, and personalized healthcare solutions.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation and Cold Outreach: Initiate and manage outbound calls and video calls to healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and other medical staff, to introduce them to the platform and generate leads.

2. Follow-Up and Relationship Building: Engage in follow-up conversations after the first touchpoint to build strong, lasting relationships with prospects and nurture them through the sales funnel.

3. Inbound Lead Management: Handle inbound leads promptly, ensuring a seamless experience for prospective clients and guiding them through the platform's benefits.

4. Pipeline and CRM Management: Maintain detailed and accurate records of interactions and progress in Pipedrive or a similar CRM system, keeping the sales pipeline organized and updated.

5. Client Communication: Communicate clearly and effectively with healthcare professionals to understand their needs and position the platform as the right solution for their challenges.

6. Sales Target Achievement: Consistently work towards meeting and exceeding sales targets by driving the closure of new clients and maintaining a high level of performance.

7. Collaboration and Strategy Development: Work closely with the internal team to refine sales strategies, share feedback from the market, and optimize outreach efforts to improve overall sales performance.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the healthcare or technology sector.

  • Familiarity with the German healthcare system is highly desirable.

  • Experience using Pipedrive or similar CRM systems to manage leads and track sales activities.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with healthcare professionals.

  • A self-starter with the drive to succeed and a passion for closing deals.

  • Ability to manage time efficiently while balancing multiple prospects and tasks.

Others:

  • Core Business Hours: 1 PM to 7 PM CET (40 hours a week around these core hours)

  • Sales Cycle: 2 to 2.5 months

  • Compensation: Fixed monthly salary + performance-based bonus
