Responsibilities:

The Administrative Assistant works with the Hospital Administrator/CEO, Administrative team members and department heads to ensure compliance with goals and objectives established by the hospital corporation. Communicate effectively, in writing, verbally, and via telephone, with all levels of personnel and visitors. Input and retrieve computerized data.

Qualifications:

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING

 

1. High School Diploma or Equivalent required; college degree preferred.
2. 1- 2 years secretarial experience preferred.
3. Must have strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to compose correspondence
4. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
5. Must exhibit a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
6. Additional languages preferred.

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $22.00 to $31.93. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
