As a Technical Project Manager on our team, you’ll be trusted to lead major transformations by applying developing strategies for leading-edge concepts and tools like cloud adoption and artificial intelligence operations. Using project management best practices, you’ll work closely with key stakeholders and other technical consultants to implement transformative business operations systems. We seek someone like you to guide organizations in overcoming traditional business challenges with new digital strategies and solutions.

You Have:
20+ years of experience managing projects involving planning, integration, and implementation of complex systems and equipment
Experience in curriculum development, change management, digital transformation, and systems engineering
Knowledge of aviation priorities, vision for advancements, and systems engineering artifacts and processes
Ability to manage cost, schedule, and technical delivery of a project, including developing, tracking, and reporting digital transformation project metrics
Ability to prepare and deliver executive-level briefings and presentations
Ability to collaborate with internal, external, and executive stakeholders, including developing communication plans to ensure effective integration of enterprise digital transformation work
Ability to develop organizational strategies, including digital transformation initiatives
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
Ability to develop, conduct, and evaluate workforce training to support cultural change enabling an enterprise's digital transformation
Bachelor's degree
Nice If You Have:
Experience with AI/ML and video development
Ability to develop a digital transformation enterprise governance plan
Possession of excellent client management and consulting skills
Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
Master’s degree
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $110,100.00 to $250,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
