Qualifications:
At least 2 years of experience in shared services or customer service, Understanding of Procurement and Finance processes, Strong IT skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office, ERP systems JDE/SAP, Procurement Platform COUPA, and Ariba, Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, Fluency in English; other European languages a plus.
Key responsabilities:
- Run daily activities related to user queries and vendor requests
- Ensure compliance with policies and standards
- Support end users of procurement processes globally
- Assist with the development and implementation of new tools
- Prepare metric reports for management when needed
