As our OKTA Business Analyst / SME you will be managing our customer IAM strategy, you should have good understanding of technology landscape, implementation and delivering aspects of Okta project within intended timeframes. This position is positioned to collaborate effectively with solution architects, application development teams, cybersecurity and infra teams to implement SSO solution. You should also be able to apply your working knowledge of Okta APIs and custom configuration options. You should be able to maintain quality control and support cross-functional duties to support overall performance including performing troubleshooting, enhancement, deployments and operational support.
As our OKTA Business Analyst / SME you will be able to provide guidance on projects regarding quality, scheduled completion, and operational functionality. You should also be able to maintain documentation to the right standard. The right candidate will have excellent communication, executive presentation and analytical skills with the ability to build strong internal and client relationships. This role requires to work in a global or multi-location environment spanning multiple time-zones, with the ability to work independently and deliver results without limitations.

You..
· Have a broad business skill set including stakeholder management, problem-solving, and resilience
· Have experience in gathering, validating, synthesizing, documenting, and communicating data and information for a range of audiences
· Have excellent interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communication skills in country’s official language(s) (C2 proficiency) and English (C2 proficiency), project-related mobility/willingness to travel
Must have :
- More than 5 years of experience in enterprise-wide Okta/IAM projects, particularly in large organisations is essential
- Experience in IAM requirements gathering, strategy, design and development
- Experience in organisational change management, including systems re-engineering, implementations and technology adaption
- Experience in implementing one or more of the following IAM solutions : Okta, CyberArk, Sailpoint, Oneidentity, Microsoft Entra ID, Beyond Trust
- Experience in implementing SSO and MFA for on-premise and cloud based applications involving multi-forest and multi-domain environments, advanced single sign-on (SSO), and inbound federation with Okta
- Experience using various Okta tools (Examples: SAML Wizard, Okta Radius Agent, OIDC flows) on advanced SSO integrations
- Experience implementing custom configurations with Okta using various tools (Examples: Okta on-premises provisioning (OPP), custom email domain, sign-in screen, sign-in widget, custom vanity login UI, custom URL, MFA as a Service, on-premises MFA, SCIM App Wizard)
Good to have :
- Strong knowledge of Security Architecture, Design and Operations, LDAP, Active Directory, SAML, SSO, RBAC, OAUTH, OAuth 2.0, Web protocols XML,SOAP, JSON, REST
- Experience in technologies such as JAVA, C#, SQL, RDBMS, Linux
- Knowledge of scripting language like Powershell, Python
- Experience implementing cloud-based solutions like AWS, Azure, GCP
- Experience in project management tools – JIRA, Confluence, MS Teams, MS Planner
- Knowledge of industry standards and compliance frameworks such as SOX, ISAE 3402- SOC1/SOC2, ISO, NIST, PCI
- Good to have security certifications such as Okta Certified developer/professional, CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CCSP
- Fluent German or French
