ALES ASIA was founded in Taiwan in 2006. Our factory is located in the Taichung Science Park in Taiwan and it has class 1000 and 100 cleanroom (192 m2) and ISO 9001 certificates. 


We provide a proven, reliable and cost effective solution to worldwide special gas delivery equipment needs, including gas cabinets, valve manifold boxes. Beside, we also have capabilities of customizing manifold and controller PLC & HMI design, and calculation service to ensure customer need is met. ALES ASIA's customers are located all over the world, and our product are widely used in various industry such as semiconductor foundries, LCD, LED, Solar, lab, institute and other applications. We strives for continuous improvement in terms of product quality, production capacity and services. We will alway be flexible, innovative, agility and adaptive to meet and exceed customer needs.

To manage and lead the manufacturing operations so that equipment manufactured meets cost, schedule and quality requirements. And to ensure that operation is carried out efficiently,maximizing output while maintaining the quality of the facility.

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

1. Safety: The ability to integrate technical skill sets required to identify and eliminate hazards associated with a manufacturing process and its supporting elements to perform zero incident culture.

2. Quality: Manage production processes following Standard Operating Procedures and quality control plans to meet or exceed product criteria, reduce Cost of Non Conformance and continue to improve the 1st pass yield rate.

3. On time shipment: Monitor production processes and manage production team’s daily standard work and accountability to meet customer satisfaction, promise and request. 

4. WIP inventory: Leverage production planning and CI improvement to eliminate 8 wastes to reduce WIP inventory amount

5. Productivity: Collaborate with Process and Facilities engineering to improve production efficiency and eliminate the cost of outsourcing and subcontractors.

6. Cost out: Improve the process flow, promote productivity, improve rework rate and address necessary tools or equipment to generate cost out saving

7. CIPM: Facilitating the plant’s Continuous Improvement projects to align with Group manufacturing strategy. Partner with GYM function to implement Continuous Improvement Framework.

8. Employee Satisfaction: Listen to the voice from employees to facilitate management effectiveness and employee engagement.

9. Implement and administer AL Bluebook and IMS Operation procedures to make sure all manufacturing activities comply with AL standard.

10. Provide technical or manpower support to the Customer Service team to solve problems in customer sites.

11. Coach and train manufacturing team to meet department targets.

12. Review final manufacturing documents to ensure QC procedures are practiced.

13. Implement and execute other assignments by General Manager in support of plant leadership duties and projects

Are you a MATCH?

  • 8 years’ experience in a manufacturing/Plant environment 

  • 3 years managerial experience in a manufacturing environment with over 30 headcount

  • Experience in business contingency planning

  • Demonstrated English language capability and fluency is required.

  • Change Management experience in a similar capacity preferred.

  • Global leadership Style and Skills

  • Experience in CI (Continuous Improvement) project.
