A BIT ABOUT US

Class is a subsidiary of HUB24 Limited (ASX:HUB), a leading provider of integrated platforms, technology and data solutions for financial advisers, accountants, private banks, licensees, stockbrokers and their clients. HUB24 delivers innovative product and technology solutions to empower better financial futures, together.

But it’s not just about what we do. It’s about empowering the wealth industry to change peoples’ lives for the better. We believe that nothing happens in isolation, so we work together and collaborate with our customers and the industry, building confidence.

As a Technical Compliance Consultant, you will leverage your industry knowledge and experience to provide expertise and first-class support to our customers and internal stakeholders.
You will work closely with our Legal Services Provider to ensure compliance requirements are met across the NowInfinity platform.
Your role is key in managing our internal legal triage process and maintaining non-legal document templates.
Your subject matter expertise will be drawn upon as you play an active and collaborative role in achieving the overall deliverables for the Technical Compliance Team.

What you'll do
  • Act as an escalation point for customers using NowInfinity products and provide support in relation to technical and legal queries; and ensure service level expectations are achieved and/or exceeded, with our customers being the priority.
  • Manage the NowInfinity legal triage process with internal stakeholders, including provision of technical review to team members and technical guidance direct to customers.
  • Assist with the delivery of Legal Services via our Legal Service Provider.
  • Liaise with relevant specialists and stakeholders to maintain compliance of our non-legal document templates and functionality across the NowInfinity platform including planning for upcoming product releases.
  • Assist with maintaining compliance of our legal document templates, interview forms and associated functionality across the NowInfinity platform.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver clear technical compliance requirements for document templates and interview forms – ensuring requirements accurately represent the changes specified by our Legal Service Provider and are understood by internal parties (e.g. Product, Business Analysts).
  • Assist with the review, testing and sign-off of items for NowInfinity product releases, collaborating with our Legal Service Provider in line with defined processes.
  • Represent Technical Compliance as a key stakeholder in related projects and enhancements from inception and prioritisation through to implementation.
  • Represent NowInfinity as a subject matter expert as required from time to time at company or industry events and presentations.

  • Experience working in a team environment with the ability to meet SLA’s and drive improved performance.
  • Completed a relevant tertiary qualification in Finance, Accounting or Law in Australia.
  • CPA/CA desirable.
  • The role would be suitable for someone who has worked in a legal or document compliance environment.
  • Knowledge of Australian Superannuation, Corporate and Trust legislation in relation to the establishment of legal entities would be advantageous but not essential.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong legal research, technical and drafting skills.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to perform tasks with a high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to work with autonomy, prioritise tasks and identify risks.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Experience with Class suite of platforms, specifically NowInfinity (desirable).
