Bachelor's degree in a related human service field or equivalent experience, Two years of experience with deaf or disabled customers, Professional experience in advocacy, marketing or communications, Bilingual in ASL or another language, Excellent oral, visual, and written communication skills.
Key responsabilities:
- Provide community-based services for the Telecommunications Program
- Educate the community about telecommunications options and equipment
- Develop marketing materials including online content in ASL
- Provide technical assistance, training, and follow-up support to consumers
- Gather input from the community to evaluate resources and barriers
