About the Role
As the Regional Vice President Sales at CloudBees, you will be responsible for driving the growth and success of our sales operations. You will lead a high-performing sales team, develop and execute sales strategies, and drive revenue growth while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.
What You'll Do
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
- Set clear performance expectations and goals for the sales team, and ensure they are met or exceeded.
- Foster a culture of high performance, collaboration, and accountability.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the commercial market segment, aligning with CloudBees' overall business objectives.
- Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions and drive market penetration.
- Drive revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and expanding existing customer accounts.
- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve targets and maximize profitability.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within customer organizations.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product management, and customer success, to align efforts and drive successful outcomes.
- Provide feedback to product and marketing teams based on customer interactions and market insights.
- Monitor and analyze sales metrics and performance data to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market trends to senior leadership.
Role Requirements
- Proven track record of success in a senior sales leadership role within the SaaS or technology sector, with a focus on commercial accounts.
- Experience leading and scaling high-performing sales teams.
- Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth, managing sales teams, and building customer relationships.
- Strong understanding of the CI/CD landscape and the cloud computing market is a plus.
- Exceptional leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute complex sales strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is preferred.

· Check any documents for poor spelling and grammar – this is often a sign that fraudsters are at work.

· You are asked for money, an “administration fee”, “security fee” or an “accreditation fee”.
