What You Bring:
To qualify for this unique opportunity, our ideal candidate should have the following experience and education:
- Bachelor’s in communications, marketing, or a related field.
- 3 or more years of professional communications experience.
- Excellent writing skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Cision, InDesign, or similar tools
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment, to multitask, and manage time effectively while working under tight deadlines
- Ability to write/speak in Spanish is a plus!

Where You Will Work:
This is a remote position open to candidates based anywhere in the U.S. You should be comfortable working remotely with a team spread across the country and have a stable internet connection for video conferencing. This role involves occasional travel, typically 2-3 times a year for events outside your local area, which may require overnight or weekend stays. Additionally, all NBDF employees are required to attend and work at our annual Bleeding Disorders Conference.

Compensation:
We have carefully considered industry benchmarks, the experience required for this position, and internal salary comparisons to determine the appropriate salary range for this role. For this position, NBDF has set a starting base salary range $70,000-$75,000 and it is non-negotiable due to our company's commitment to maintaining internal pay equity. This approach ensures that we maintain a fair and consistent compensation structure across the organization.
